I can only seem to find speed increasing horses, nothing like sumpter horses or mules though. Edit: Finally found one, but it did take a couple days of scouring the markets.

Any tips on where to find mules? I can't seem to find any in the starting town markets and am very much struggling to bolster my carrying capacity. Are there any other ways of finding mules or carrying horses? Like particular bandits I can hunt down or missions I can complete? Thank you for any...
