Hello I have the same problem described .. I ensured it is in the Bannerlord Module subdirectory (on the same disk therefore). There is just one Bannerlord installed (in fact I reinstalled from steam a few days ago) . The BO mod does not appear on the standard launcher. I tried a VPN from HK...
