at the moment only events, the ones you see on the Trader are Horses that have been put up for sale by other players who have gotten them from events.

there is a basic horse available for 4k as well..

they are usually announced on the Discord in #event_eng or in game a few hours before by the Event manager, we haven't had one in a bit because they've been working on the Clan system.
