Often when I am going in to cities, the troops there are going out like they are "hired" but at that time I am the only one in the current town. Is this a bug or is some update? I cannot hire troops in that way.
I may not have the best answer, but this happens quite often I’ve been playing pretty consistently over the past few months. I feel like it’s like a random generation part so that it offers different troops. Usually wait a few minutes and they will be back in the normal troop location. Hope this helps.
