As a start, just enable PvP in Taverns but remove all weapons upon entering. FIST FIGHTS! (you cant die, only knocked out and no loss of gear) This is thought as of a fun/troll/RP thing to do when bored. Could expand it so fist fights could break out everywhere in the Settlement, but maybe that would just have fight club settlements and too much trolling, issues where players cant use trader because they are punched in the neck.

Could eventually tie it to some relation/reputation mechanics (see Identity suggestion) and add some drunk mechanics - though drunk mechanic code is prolly not super high on the list which is totally expected. :D

Maybe more like with trading and making a group, add duel in the option wheel. Duels can work in towns, villages, tavern but not in the map, it gets canceled if you change location.
Starting a duel should have like 3 seconds delay countdown before damage is enabled. Also all items are automatically unequipped. Entering inventory cancels the duel.
The duel can happen only if players have at least 100 influence in their counter, the winner/loser make an exchange of about 50-100 influence when the duel is completed.

I would like the tavern be expanded a bit. Like i said in some Discord post, you could have a modifier in how looters behave to you. Now they run away or attack based on party size. You could add a new set of options at barkeep where you pay for him to "spread rumors" about you. And similarly to consumables like forest map, you then get a time limited modifier on looter behavior. If you chose the rumors to be about you being dangerous, looters will run from you even if you have a smaller party than them. If the rumors are about you hauling some valuable treasure then the looters will attack you regardless of your party size also. This can be applied to the whole map or more limited, just around the town where the barkeep is located and maybe exiting the town's general area, that is displayed on the bottom around the time and date, would also cancel the modifier and revert it to default.
