its my EU chara that is stuck in myzea. cant go anywhere but to myzea itself after leaving the city. idk how to report it in-game so i think i just post here

When youbsay "stuck", I assume you're unable to move.
Unfold the bottom right menu and hover your mouse over the speed. It will show you what your current map speed is decided by.
Being unable to move is generally linked to either having too many items in your inventory or by having more mules then you're allowed to use.
