NA server not working for SA or LATAM comunity

hi, i think that we need a new server like in Latam o SA for the SA that play in NA is horrible becouse diconected all the time in every moment.

I am from SA and I play on the European server and it works great, no lag or crashes, and there are many South Americans who can confirm this. We have a great SA community made in EU1.
