Questlines: To give players a reason to keep on playing the game, it is important to implement some kind of Story line with Different Questlines and possibly paths to choose in between, it really dont need to be Something big, Being able to retrieve some basic items from Bandits to bring them back to villages would be a nice start, it could give you greater rewards over time and increase relationship with different factions (NPC Factions) and Decrease Relationship with Looters (If Relationship with Looters is good = they help you against Searaider faction etc when close to a battle, if neutral = they wont attack you, if Bad = they aggro on you and try to hunt you down.
Character Progression and Customization:
Im rather a new Player to the Game, so i cant speak for the Endgame Meta, but from what ive learned, there is Really no big Difference from the levels 1-15 if it comes to Combat, two Lucky hits by some looters will put your ass on the ground and you are Dead, to feel the Progression of the Character it is important that you notice the Effects of a level up, Dying as fast as when you where level 1 to a bunch of looters when you are level 15 with very expensive armor just feels kind of Wrong, the reason mmorpg are so Addictive are because you can feel how your Character gets Stronger with Every level and Earns health (hitpoints) so lower level enemies can be slashed right through when you are a certain level.

To Make Character Progression more Fun, and give each player to develop a unique Character that is distinguishable from others, there really need's to be some Kind of Skills a Player can learn depending on which kind of playstyle said player is focusing.

It could be Stuff that is integrated in the Base game Already, like having some kind of Stun with a Two Handed weapon which puts the Enemy on the ground for a short duration, or Adding Fire to the Arrows of Players that choose to be a Main bowman, Adding a bigger field of Damage to Two handed weapons, so you can Slash more and more enemies with one hit when you level two handed.
Arrows Laced with Poison, Swords laced with Poison, Swords on fire for a short amount of time(burning oil). Shieldbash. Jump Attack. Brawler(More damage Hand to Hand). Juggernaut (more Health and Armor). Fast attack (multiple dagger stabs, slashes upon activation). Two Handed Weapon Throw (lost upon Throw until retrieved). Battlecry (you could use the scream that is already in game, no need for voice records) which gives a short Buff (more health, More Strength, morale boost for party etc.Praying before Battle (2-5sec) gives a light aura around the Character and a faith boost for a short amount of time. Faster Movement, Faster Bow Draw - depending on what the player focus in his skilltree)
Alchemist treeline:
which enables the player to create Potions for Battle ( it doesnt have to be something fancy so the game doesnt drift in to the fantasy genre and stays somewhat historically accurate while giving players more possiblities) for Example some Kind of Mushroom Concentrate which gives the player abillity to sustain more Damage (It is Suspected Vikings used Mushrooms to put them in a Trance like state before battle "bezerk")
Bandit Treeline:
Recruiting low level Troops cheaper, Moving faster on the Map while its dark, Moving faster on the Map while in a Forest, More effectivness with low level Weapons, Forming Ambushes in the Woods in PVP Areas, faster Roguery leveling which enables stealing small amounts of Money from Enemy Clans, Sabotaging Enemy fiefs before Siege to increase Chances of sucees etc
Knight Treeline:
Increases the Attribute "Faith" which will strengthen the Moral and Party size of the Clans Army, Roguery Acts or Unfaithful sins like Executing, Fleeing from Battle, fighting in Enemy territory, fighting weak Enemies, fighting own faction etc will decrease Faith and weakens the Clan, Faithful Acts like helping other Armies out in Battle, Defending land, Taking Prisoners instead of Execution, Fighting against Stronger Armies etc will increase Faith.
These Suggestions are just some of the Ideas that i have for the Game, some Players may like them others will disagree but i think it is undoubtedly important to give Players the ability to Customize their Characters to prevent all Players to run around with the same Build.
Arena:
To Make The Arena more Attractive for Higher Level Players there Should be more Rewards, AI Should be Harder for Higher Level Players and Rewards should increase based upon that, Higher Gold Rewards, Gear etc.
Rewards should Genereally be Higher when a Player competes against another player than against AI.
There Should be a Option to Bet as a Competetor and also to Bet as a Spectator to Fill the Arena.
There Should be an Option for Player only Tournaments in Certain Cities, for Example Players can Join a queue in Major Cities, and when the Queue is filled up a Tournament will start with scenarios of 2v2, 3v3, 5v5 etc.
Farming:
Farming is Actually a pretty Fun Grind, when you doing it with Friends like we did on our Start BUT after the Tutorial there is pretty much no Reason at all to keep on Farming because the Earnings are so low compared to other Income sources, I tried it out and Farming solo grants you about 3k while for the same amount of Time you can easily grind 10k or more in the Arena, to grant players more "Useful" stuff to do in the world, it would be a good idea to Increase the Earnings for Farming with increasing level.
Fishing:
To give The Players more Activities it would be a good Idea to Implement Fishing in to the Game, there should be Certain Areas for Fishing which are non combative zones, hindering AI and Players to Attack you while in that Zone, there really is no big Animation needed, just get to the Fishing area, Talk with an Ai or something similar and Start collecting fish which the player can sell or Trade.

Thanks,
it was very interesting to read. Lots of interesting ideas 👏
But the problem is that the development team is very small, and they barely have time to fix bugs after the release of the next update to the main game. And the game is updated very often....

The problem with giving suggestions as a very new player is that most of them will end up out of touch with the game's reality and not relevant for the most part.

I can't agree with this.
i think the opinion of a beginners is especially valuable, because his gaze is fresher, and not clouded, like most clan players, including you.

Everyone's opinions have their place. Suggestions such as this can be parsed through by those with more experience and applied in the ways that fit best with the game's reality. As long as the dev team isn't being overwhelmed by the suggestions, I don't see any harm with a post such as this. Especially when you can tell there was quite a bit of thought and effort put into it.
