I have 4 roles in EU servers, and their name is ooom, oooom, ooooom, and ooom om, all of my roles was banned today due to the reason that advertisements, i have to say it is so sorry to see that, because i only send a message to find some friend to play together and there is completley no any advertisement, i do not know what happened and who is maliciously report me, but if you check the sentence i sent, you will find it is just a normal message to find my country guy to play together, i have no idea it is breach the rules. so i would like to ask you to release my roles and check the whole matter, since i like play bannerloard online and this mode, it is so sad if my role was completely banned.
