Helth Regen and Wounded Soldiers Bugged

- SSD/HDD: SSD
- anti-malware on/off + anti-malware name: off
- PC specs: OS; CPU; RAM; GPU

- Crash or balance bug: balance

After the server reset this morning my health has been bugged. I have been stuck at 11% health for more than an hour now. Also, there seems to be an issue with soldiers being randomly wounded even though I haven't been in any fights.
