Error: ERROR: Failed to get Steam account details! Check if Steam is running on the computer.
- Verify Steam is running on your PC by opening Steam.
- Verify Steam is not running in offline mode.
- Leaving Bannerlord Online too long in the main menu, after loading the game, may result in this error. Restart Bannerlord Online and try to connect to a server within a few seconds after the main menu loads.
- Restart Steam as Administrator by right-clicking Steam and choosing "Run as Administrator".
- Restart Bannerlord Online as administrator by right-clicking the launching and choosing "Run as Administrator".
