When i play games, i can see people fighting bandits alone

but throwers and archer bandits can't attack the player and only take the motion of pulling a bowstring or throwing a javelin.

What is the trick of catching 20,30 bandits by yourself and taking back experience and money?

As far as I know, that seems to be an AI issue from the bannerlord itself. The AI will be different when you are soloing. It may not be an easy fix I guess.
