You can find the Steward of Clans in cities such as Qasira, Dunglanys, Chaikand, Saneopa, Vostrum, Omor, Pravend and Zeonica.

After talking to the Steward of Clans, you will receive a quest. If you complete this quest, you can continue on your journey to create a clan.

After completing the quest, you will need to return to the Steward of Clans in your city for further instructions. You will need to find accommodation for your clan and create a banner.
When looking for a clan house, you can choose any village or town that belongs to your faction. Some places offer several types of clan houses. The cost of a clan house is 300000 in the villages and 1000000 in the cities.
Please note that you can only book the clan house first. You will only be charged once you have moved in.
Next, you will have to create a banner for your clan. To open the banner creation menu you need to press B.
