(Bug?) Clan Taxes 0% with taxes debt > 0

Hello,

I am reporting to you two cases among the cases that we have in our clan concerning members who have a clan tax at 0% with a tax to pay.

I have not asked the affected members to try to pay if this would be a display bug.

Do you know this potential issue ?

it might be from before you changed the tax rate, forgive the debt or have them pay it.
If they accrue more debt then submit it as a bug
