Battle commands bugged

Hi Guys and Devs,

when I am in battle my troops ignore my battle commands. Not only doesn't make character shout they, the troops doesnt even move or do anything when I try to give them commands with F1, F2 ...

Is this a bug?

Guessing its a bug. I have always had the same issue, I can get horses to follow me but wont locate to where i click for them to go.
