army size

I jumped two levels,(10-12) but my army size is still from 25. is there a problem with me or do I need to go a few more levels?

I get it, thank you. Well, should I attack big groups for leadership score? Because when I fight small groups, leadership points don't come,My leadership point is 30 now and I don't get any leadership points from battles, but another character is getting points (her lead is 29) or how can I improve

you get leadership points for battles ... the more enemies you kill, the more you gain ... look at leadership exp bar, after each battle you gain some exp, when is bar full, you get one point
