Application wont launch

Every time I run the launcher it sits at "logging in" for about 30 seconds then closes. I've registered and verified my email. I'm not positive on what else should be done. Should I be running the actual game aswell?

I reinstalled. Did not work.

Yes! you should be running Version 1.5.8 otherwise it won't work.
