Unable to initialize Steam API

My game is in Steam. I try with ON and OFF Steam client. But this error appears when i click on Play button in BannerlordOnline Launcher.

I had this issue when I did not have Steam running; after turning on steam and making sure Bannerlord is installed, no issues.
