i bought the 10k trading license from seneschel, but the game must have not registered it or something, bc i still cant list items for sale at the trader. is there any way i could get a refund? that was basically all of my money down the drain for nothing

You can sell only in the city where you bought the trader licenses

go to trader in that city where you buy it and sell your items
