Recreate character?

is there any way to recreate the character again? I believe it when there was only a Russian server (being I from Europe) thinking that I would have to create the character again and I left it quite a default model.

Press V.. Also look in the General Discussion and scroll down to the sticky thread. Look for the New Player guide or the FAQ for helpful tips.
