Patreon Rewards

Regarding the Rewards for the Patreon, With the Lord Tier rewards, it said that I was also supposed to get the Knights tier and also the Squire. All I got for rewards was the Dragon Order armor set and the warehouse reward bonus.
I was wondering if I need to enter in another code or something to get the rest of the rewards such as the scout armor set and the midnight horse.

Sorry for the delayed reply.

Your initial assumption is correct, in that the higher tier patreon also gets the lower tier patreon. In case of Lord, you also get the Knight and Squire tier.
However, the Scout armor and Midnight Horse are the rewards for Patreons that paid for March.

The Patreon page will at all times display 2 months. It always displays the current month and will continue to display the previous month until the next month is revealed.
