There is no official date, but the expected timeframe for the Economy update will be around October.

These are some of the updates planned for the Economy Update:

• Improved Chat System Youtube: Improved Chat System
• New village types (Mining, Food) Youtube: Mining Village
• Player Workshops (Smithing, Food)

Village Raiding has also been considered for the Economy update, but this is not confirmed yet.
