Im stuck at 13 people in 2 days now. Im curious to learn why from 5 ppl went to 13 just from 2 battles, but doing battles daily isn't increasing the size of my party

Whenever you win a battle, you gain leadership xp. The amount is displayed at the end of battle in the report that shows kills, etc.
The more enemies you (or your troops) kill, the more leadership XP you obtain.
This means that when you're fighting alongside friends or other people, they may also take away kills from your battle and reduce your leadership XP.

Leadership increases garrisons and affects morale, but Steward is what affects your troop limit, as well as your clan rank.
This is not the case for Bannerlord Online. Steward is not actually used in Bannerlord Online.
