Thank you for sharing your experience. There is a problem by the way. When people insist on that their drivers are updated but it ends up not this way :(

The problem here is that drivers for AMD have to be downgraded. People with later versions can encounter this specific error.

Hello, a friend of mine and me have this problem: see picture attached, sry for the low quality.
The error says: "rglGPU-device-d3d11::create render texture; memory resources unable to complete the operations (translated from italian by an italian xD)

When and where: we both play in BRE clan, the crash happens during our events, modded maps and modded skins ecc ecc...
Has happened to me recently in the gamemode PERSISTENT BANNERLORD by Bot Yuri, im in contact with him and we only managed to make clear that thats a gpu issue.

How: in my case, i joined PB and after an hour i saw Medal/steam recorder crashing and the game had a frame-lag that lasted a second, back fluent for half a seconda and another frame-lag. Made it unolayable and completly blocked my pc even for alt f4.
My friend just crashes on mp modded maps with that same error, for him this has been going on for a while, no fix has ever worked.

Fun fact: i just upgraded my pc, i run a ryzen 7 9800x3d and a rtx5080, my friend has a i7 intel and a 3060ti, memory speaking we shouldnt have issues tbh, but we have.

I kept my old PSU 850+ Gold, i plan to upgrade it to a 1000w just to be sure but I have no idea if thats the fix.

I will try to follow the troubleshooting guide asap (im on vacation rn) and see what happens, does anyone know how to prevent this error?

This forum is about a multiplayer mod called Bannerlord Online, so you won't find much info here regarded other mods or PE.

That aside, the error is 100% related to a GPU conflict, slightly different from this guides error and far more uncommon. However, I would still recommend trying the steps of this guide.

With a lot of custom content, the shaders fix is certainly the first one to try. But it's near impossible to determine the exact source of what caused the error.
