At the off-peak hours, forest bandits are no longer seen.
I would like to know if they have reduced their spawn

The bandits spawn in very small groups, and then when they approach each other, they meld together. eg 1 looters spawn and 2 looters pass by, both groups combine to become a group of 3 looters. If they meet 7 looters in their group, they will combine to form 10 looters, and so on, until they reach the looters limit, it will be 45 units. So the lack of large groups of bandits is due to the fact that in a given region they have been killed and have not yet spawned and joined together. Usually this merging happens quite quickly. It is enough that in 5 minutes, 40 groups of 1 bandit are spawned nearby, which connect with one and the next after the meeting, so we don't have to wait long for the unit limit. Woodland bandits are very much in demand by solo players with long scythes because they have stupid weapon management, so when you get close enough, they won't be decided whether to fight with melee weapons or use a bow. The archer (including you if you are using a bow) has an accuracy penalty when turning or moving. So by circling around they have a very low chance of hitting you. You only need a scythe, a shield, and a good horse. And definitely that you are not afraid to stand up against 60 forest bandits. - To sum up. If you don't have bandits in the area, they've been killed and will be back in a while. If you go elsewhere, you'll likely find more.
