    FIXED: found out that your morale has to be at 100 to level it up, my morale was low becasue i had missed a payment on my troops when i started and that caused my morale to drop -26 and had to wait 3-4 ingame days for that debuf to go away

    I've been fighting looters for about 2hrs with only same troops without gaining any xp for leadership. i can not recruit anymore troops
