bjorn has a respawntimer. the timer was simply not run out therefor he didnt spawn. the timer is around 4h or so. quite long

you have to invest your skill points to increase the maximum in that category. for trade its social (soc). which is currently the most important as it also increases leadership and therefore partysize

passive xp gain is literally the worst thing that could get implemented and you already hinted at it: some people have lots of money... now add some passive xpgain to it... they get toptier armies for being afk and then can just stomp all the newer players... jsut play it slow. get some units...

the only idea thats actually worse than this is passive xp gain. both lead to a overpopulation of the server and noone doing shit for it. work for your army work for your purse and then you can have success!!!!

barely anyone loses battles.

i had a similar issue but my game crashed after the battle. and now when i load in, it instantly crashes again. same error
